While taking some time off from her nursing career, Janice started working at A-One in 1992, and she has never looked back. Janice started in the office managing payroll and accounting, and over the years has mastered every aspect of the business, from the workings of the plant to store operations and restoration. She enjoys spending most of her time these days managing the restoration work, but is still often seen working in the assembly bay and entry bay. She has three children and enjoys tennis, reading and family time.

Steve joined A-One in 1988 when he was still just a 17-year-old junior at Aiken High School. He started out pressing clothes, and in between football and basketball practices, Steve attended Fabric Tech Classes to learn the ins and outs of basic spotting, pressing and sewing. Over the years, Steve has attended and completed many more classes on pressing, spotting, advanced spotting and bleaching, becoming one of the industry’s most knowledgeable experts. What started out as a part-time job in high school has turned into a great career, and Steve’s training, dedication and service have made him one of the premiere cleaners in the business.

For a business that relies so heavily on customer service, Jeff is one of A-One’s most valuable assets. Jeff started his career at A-One in 1977 while still a student at Purcell High School, running local relay routes under Bob Folzenlogen. Now Jeff works for Bob’s son Mark, but his commitment to customer service has remained the most important part of his job. “Jeff will do whatever it takes to please a customer,” says Mark. “He’s the most service oriented person I know – not just at A-One, but anywhere.” Jeff is a resident of Loveland, where he lives with his wife Lorna. They have two children, Allison and Chris.
