Mark Folzenlogen, Owner
Mark took over as owner of A-One from his dad Bob, continuing a long family legacy of quality dry cleaning and great community service. Mark is actively involved in the Cincinnati Rotary Club, the Great Lakes Management Group, a regional dry cleaning management collaborative he joined in 1995, and the Ohio Cleaners Association, where he served as President from 2000-2001. Mark is also a Five Star Member of the Drycleaning & Laundry Institute (DLI) (formerly the International Fabricare Association), the world's leading trade association for garment care.

Janice Folzenlogen, Owner
While taking some time off from her nursing career, Janice started working at A-One 18 years ago. And she has never looked back. Janice started in the office managing payroll and accounting, and over the years has mastered every aspect of the business, from the workings of the plant to store operations and restoration. She enjoys spending most of her time these days managing the restoration work, but is still often seen working in the assembly bay and entry bay. She has three children and enjoys tennis, reading and family time.

Steve Smith, Cleaning Room Manager
Steve joined A-One in 1988 when he was still just a 17-year-old junior at Aiken High School. He started out pressing clothes, and in between football and basketball practices, Steve attended Fabric Tech Classes to learn the ins and outs of basic spotting, pressing and sewing. Over the years, Steve has attended and completed many more classes on pressing, spotting, advanced spotting and bleaching, becoming one of the industry's most knowledgeable experts. What started out as a part-time job in high school has turned into a great career, and Steve's training, dedication and service have made him one of the premiere cleaners in the business.

Sam Luning, Route Sales/Customer Service
Sam has been with A-One since he was a teenager in 1978, giving customers consistent, quality service for more than 30 years. One of the most loyal and dependable employees in the history of A-One Cleaners, Sam always takes the time to get to know his customers on a personal level, going above and beyond to make every client happy. Sam graduated from Purcell High School, attended the University of Cincinnati and completed Dale Carnegie training courses on sales and marketing. He currently resides in Mason with his wife Patti and two sons Elliot and Marshal.

Jeff Frank, Route Sales/Customer Service
For a business that relies so heavily on customer service, Jeff is one of A-One's most valuable assets. Jeff started his career at A-One in 1977 while still a student at Purcell High School, running local relay routes under Bob Folzenlogen. Now Jeff works for Bob's son Mark, but his commitment to customer service has remained the most important part of his job. "Jeff will do whatever it takes to please a customer," says Mark. "He's the most service oriented person I know - not just at A-One, but anywhere." Jeff is a resident of Loveland, where he lives with his wife Lorna. They have two children, Allison and Chris.

Greg Hoh, Route Sales/Customer Service
Greg is the "rookie" on the A-One route sales team, joining the company in 2002. But he makes up for it with more than 40 years of service industry experience. Greg is one of the most thorough route salesman A-One has ever had, checking and double-checking orders for accuracy to ensure his customers are receiving the very best product. A native Kentuckian, Greg enjoys hunting, fishing and camping and breeds llamas and alpacas with his younger brother on their 100-acre farm near Georgetown. Greg has three sons and is a grandfather of three.

Jim Batsakes, Quality Control Manager
Make a list of the most knowledgeable and legendary people in the Cincinnati garment industry and Jim Batsakes will always be at the top of that list. Jim started in the dry cleaning business in the eighth grade working for his father sweeping floors at the family business. After high school, Jim attended the International Fabric Institute, then served in the Navy during the Korean War. Upon returning home, he took over his father's business with his brother and by the mid 1950s had grown the company to the largest dry cleaning operation in downtown Cincinnati, serving hundreds of businesses and more than 80,000 customers working in the city. After the property was bought by the city to make room for the Contemporary Arts Center, Jim retired. But that didn't stick. He joined A-One as Quality Control Manager, and at 81 years old, he still has a passion for the garment industry and sharing his knowledge with the entire A-One family. "What an honor to have Jim on our team," says A-One owner Mark Folzenlogen. "He knows more about the industry than anyone I have ever known, and he is eager to share his knowledge with anyone that is interested in learning."

Anita Baker, Wooster Store Manager
Anita joined A-One in 1992 and is the perfect fit to manage the company's Wooster store location. She enjoys meeting people and counts many of her customers as very good friends. "A-One is very fortunate to have Anita on our team," says A-One owner Mark Folzenlogen. "Our customers love her, because she is willing to do whatever it takes to make sure every need is met!" Anita has two children and four grandchildren and enjoys gardening, cooking and spending time with her family.

Sheila Reiger, Hunt Store Manager
As manager of A-One's Hunt store location for more than 20 years, Sheila has been one of the most dependable members of the A-One family. She enjoys getting to know her customers and has made many friends along the way, with a genuine interest in hearing about their kids, health, travels and other details about their lives. Sheila enjoys nature walking, gardening and going to amusement parks with her two children and three grandchildren. "Sheila is so loyal, she bleeds A-One," says owner Mark Folzenlogen. "I can't imagine what we would have done without her all of these years!"

Lee Hendrixson, Restoration Manager
Lee has been in the cleaning and customer service industry for more than 25 years as a carpet and upholstery cleaner, drapery cleaner and plant manager. Now, as Manager of A-One's fire restoration business, Lee has the opportunity to help people in their time of need. His honest, sincere approach and calming nature are ideal for customers going through a very traumatic time in their lives. And it's that sincere approach that has helped A-One achieve extraordinary growth in its Restoration Division over the past several years. Lee enjoys reading, music and movies and currently resides in Bethel with Jody, his wife of more than 30 years.

Judy Davis, Office Manager
Every company has that one person that keeps all the gears running smoothly, and all the people rowing in the same direction. For A-One, that person is Judy Davis. Judy joined the company in 2000 and was originally hired to work at one of the stores. But her organizational and customer service skills quickly moved her to the front office, where she's been ever since, handling everything from accounting to human resources. Judy attended Little Miami High School and the University of Cincinnati.
