PICKUP AND DELIVERY – Our trained professionals will come to your home and help you work through the large variety of items in your home. They will take down and re-hang all of your window treatments, eliminating one more hassle during this very difficult time. They will truly do whatever it takes to help you in this time of need.

PREVIEWING ALL INCOMING WORK -- Although our on-site service professionals can, in most cases, let you know the likelihood of something being successfully cleaned, we re-examine the items when they come in to our facility. We will contact you before cleaning if there are any concerns with your garments. Together, we will come up with a plan to proceed and, if necessary, we will test certain items so that we will all be more comfortable with the outcome. 

ODOR REMOVAL – This is the main difference between those who dabble in restoration and those who are truly professionals. Our many years of studying and working in this field have allowed us the opportunity to come up with the most successful methods in dealing with removing odor. Notice, I said removing odor. Don’t be fooled by fragrances that merely cover up the odor. If the contaminants are not properly dealt with, those unpleasant odors may return after the fragrance wears off. If the damage/odor is severe, we can place the items in a specially designed ozone room that will, in most cases, pull any and all odor out of the garments.

CLEANING METHODS -- Our state-of-the-art equipment along with a variety of cleaning solvents, allows us to select the best method for handling your specific garments. Although, in some cases, the fire may be severe, the fabric design might be quite delicate. This would require specific techniques that some cleaners just aren’t equipped to handle.
