Bob Folzenlogen was just 16 years old when he started as a truck driver at A-One Dry Cleaners. His dedication and passion launched him into a management role, and Bob eventually bought a small portion of stock in the company. Years later, he bought the company outright and proceeded to turn A-One into one of Cincinnati's finest cleaners.

After 50 years of service and community leadership, Bob finally retired from A-One and turned the operation over to his son, Mark. That same dedication and passion continues to make A-One one of Cincinnati's best. Since taking over, Mark has opened new stores, expanded the number of routes to area homes and businesses, and built A-One's Fabric Restoration division into one of the region's largest. My name is Tom Jackson and most of you will know me as an analyst for E.S.P.N.  I have been using A-One Cleaners for years and cannot say enough about the quality of service I have received since my family and I started using A-One.  Because I am out of town so much (I work in Bristol, CT.), the pick up and drop off service is something I have come to depend on.  There are times that my travel is adjusted at the last minute, and A-One has always been willing to adjust with my schedule.  Jeff Frank had our route when we started with A-One, and he really gave us special service on a weekly basis.  When we moved to our new house last year, we retained A-One and the service has remained impeccable.  As long as we are living in the Tri-State area (We now reside in Indian Hill), we will use A-One for all our cleaning needs.
